To meet the urgent demand of the mining, sand and gravel, cement, steel and other industries for high wear resistance and high reliability materials under extreme working conditions, XTC Luoyang has launched a full range of wear-resistant crushing products, including brazed alloy wear-resistant plates, brazed alloy roller skins, brazed alloy wear-resistant nails, CCO plate, wear-resistant castings and parts for crushers and other series, providing customers with a systematic wear-resistant solution.
 
1.Soldering alloy wear-resistant plate - High-strength bonding, long-lasting protection
The brazed alloy wear-resistant plates independently developed by XTC Luoyang are made of high-strength steel as the base material. The hard alloy layer is firmly bonded to the surface through brazing. Compared with traditional overlay wear-resistant plates, this product has higher bonding strength, a denser and more uniform alloy layer, and a 2-3 times increase in wear resistance life. The product is widely used in parts such as hopper liners, chutes, and coal mining machinery bodies, significantly reducing equipment downtime and maintenance costs.

2.Soldering alloy roller sheet - The perfect combination of high toughness base material and high hardness tooth profile.
The soldering alloy roller sheet is made of high-quality alloy steel base material. Not only does it embed hard alloy teeth on the alloy teeth of the roller sheet through the soldering process, but it also increases the wear resistance in other areas through weld wire overlay welding. This not only ensures the overall toughness of the roller sheet but also achieves extremely high wear resistance for the crushing teeth, suitable for equipment such as double-tooth roller crushers and coal gangue crushers. The actual service life is 2 to 3 times longer than that of traditional cast tooth rollers.

3.Soldering alloy wear-resistant nails - The precise wear-resistant and point-surface combined soldering alloy wear-resistant nails product
With high-performance hard alloy as the core material, forms a metallurgical bonding layer with the base material through the stud welding process, achieving efficient welding. 4. Chromium Carbide Overlay(CCO) Plate
The high-Chromium Carbide Overlay(CCO) Plate produced by XTC Luoyang uses high-quality low-carbon steel as the base material. The surface is automatically overlayed with a high-chromium alloy layer. Its wear resistance is superior to that of ordinary wear-resistant plates, and it has good impact resistance and outstanding cost performance. It is suitable for wear protection of surfaces in conveying systems, crushing systems, and silo linings, etc.
